How to use your Balea foot peeling: product depends on whether you have the immediate-action Balea Foot Peeling Scrub (in a tube or sachet) or the delayed-action Balea Foot Peeling Mask (exfoliating socks).For the Balea Foot Peeling Scrub (Pumice/Jojoba Oil)This is a regular, in-shower scrub designed for instant smoothing and is used weekly.

Moisten: Wash your feet and leave the skin damp.
Apply: Apply the scrub to your feet (especially rough areas like heels).
Massage: Gently massage in a circular motion with your hands for a few minutes.
Rinse: Rinse off thoroughly with water.
Moisturize (Optional but recommended): For optimal care, follow up with a foot mask or cream afterwards to lock in moisture. For the Balea Foot Peeling Mask (Exfoliating Socks)This product provides a deep chemical peel that results in significant skin shedding several days later and is used infrequently (every few months).

Prepare: Thoroughly wash and dry your feet. Soaking your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes beforehand can enhance the results.
Apply: Cut open the top of the sock masks and slip one foot into each. Secure the open tops around your ankles using the adhesive tabs.
Wait: Leave the masks on for 60 minutes
(up to 90 minutes for very rough skin). You can wear normal socks over the booties to keep them in place and help the product absorb evenly.
