• After (Timeline):Days 1–3: Skin may feel tight or dry.Days 4–7: Dead skin begins to crack and peel away in large or small flakes.Day 14: The peeling process is typically complete, revealing "baby-soft" skin.
• Important: Do not manually pull the skin off during the peeling phase to avoid damaging the healthy skin underneath.

2. Balea Foot Peeling Scrub (Mechanical Exfoliant)This is a standard scrub containing natural pumice stone or apricot kernels.

• Before: Feet feel rough or have surface-level dry skin.
• The Process: Massage onto damp feet in circular motions and rinse off.
• After (Immediate):
Skin feels instantly smoother, refreshed, and better prepared for
moisturizer. It does not cause long-term peeling like the mask.
• How to use your Balea foot peeling: product depends on whether you have the immediate-action Balea Foot Peeling Scrub (in a tube or sachet) or the delayed-action Balea Foot Peeling Mask (exfoliating socks). For the Balea Foot Peeling Scrub (Pumice/Jojoba Oil)This is a regular, in-shower scrub designed for instant smoothing and is used weekly.

1. Moisten: Wash your feet and leave the skin damp.
2. Apply: Apply the scrub to your feet (especially rough areas like heels).
3. Massage: Gently massage in a circular motion with your hands for a few minutes.
4. Rinse: Rinse off thoroughly with water.
5. Moisturize (Optional but recommended): For optimal care, follow up with a foot mask or cream afterwards to lock in moisture. For the Balea Foot Peeling Mask (Exfoliating Socks)This product provides a deep chemical peel that results in significant skin shedding several days later and is used infrequently (every few months).

• Prepare: Thoroughly wash and dry your feet. Soaking your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes beforehand can enhance the results.
• Apply: Cut open the top of the sock masks and slip one foot into each. Secure the open tops around your ankles using the adhesive tabs.
• Wait: Leave the masks on for 60 minutes
(up to 90 minutes for very rough skin). You can wear normal socks over the booties to keep them in place and help the product absorb evenly.
• Rinse: Remove the booties and rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water.
• Wait for Peeling: The peeling process will not start immediately. It typically begins within 3 to 7 days after application and can last up to two weeks.
• Aftercare: To help the process, soak your feet in warm water daily for 10-30 minutes. Do not forcibly pull off the peeling skin or use other abrasive tools during this period to avoid injury. Avoid using moisturizers on your feet during the peeling phase, as it can reduce the effect.
