Pure Oudi Eau de Parfum by Lattafa Perfumes is a creamy woody scent with cinnamon notes, Oud and guaiac wood. It starts strongly in the top note with cinnamon, Oud and nutmeg, with cinnamon dominating the top note. The heart note is more subtle with jasmine and sandalwood and less pronounced than its predecessor. The base is pleasantly creamy, woody and calming with black musk that exudes animal notes, vanilla, guaiac wood, amber and cedar. Contrary to its name, Pure Oudi is not a pure Oud perfume but a pleasant, slightly sweet oriental blend that is also very suitable for newcomers to Oud. Only the top note is quite strong in this perfume, as is often the case with oriental perfumes. The perfume is unisex but does smell more masculine.

Scent Description: The scent opens with a strong, spicy burst of cinnamon and nutmeg, with a subtle oud note that is not overpowering. Integration and Usage Tips

Application:Apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, and behind the ears) to maximize longevity and projection.Moisturizing your skin before application can help the scent last longer.Hold the bottle approximately 6-8 inches away from your skin or clothing when spraying. It is often available with a complementary deodorant spray for a complete layering experience.
Occasions and Seasonality:Ideal Seasons: Due to its rich, warm, and spicy composition, it is best suited for fall and winter months.Time of Day: Its dense profile makes it more of a nighttime or evening fragrance.Versatility: While some consider it suitable for any occasion, it is particularly effective for events where a bold, sophisticated, and long-lasting scent is desired.
Layering (Optional):The fragrance has a prominent cinnamon and amber profile, which makes it a good base for layering with other simple, complementary scents like pure vanilla, additional woody notes, or even specific citrusy fragrances to lighten it for daytime wear.
Scent Evolution: The initial spray can be quite strong or even "harsh" to some noses, but the scent settles into a pleasant, creamy, and complex aroma within a few minutes of application. It performs better on skin than on clothes.
