1. Prepare Hair: Dampen and towel-dry your hair to remove excess moisture. If there is significant product buildup, a light shampoo first (without conditioning) can be beneficial.
2. Apply Product: Apply a generous amount of No. 3 from the roots to the ends, ensuring the hair is thoroughly saturated. Combing the hair helps ensure even distribution.
3. Process: Leave the treatment on for a minimum of 10 minutes. For more damaged hair, or for more intensive results, you can leave it on for 30 minutes or longer. Leaving it on overnight is not recommended, as the product works best on damp hair and benefits don't significantly increase past a certain point.
4. Rinse and Wash: Rinse the product out thoroughly, then proceed with your usual shampoo and conditioner. For optimal results, use the complete Olaplex system, specifically the Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner. 

Pro Tip for Enhanced ResultsFor maximum repair, use No. 3 as part of a two-part system with theOlaplex No. 0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment. Apply No. 0 to clean, dry hair first, wait 10 minutes, and then apply No. 3 directly on top. Comb through and let both treatments sit for another 10 minutes (or longer) before rinsing and washing your hair.
