How to use: To use the ORS Argan Oil Neutralizing Shampoo,
first wet your hair, apply the shampoo and massage it into a lather,
then rinse thoroughly. The process often involves repeating the shampoo application, particularly after a chemical relaxer treatment, until the lather runs white.Standard UseFor regular use as a standard shampoo:
Wet your hair thoroughly with water.
Apply a generous amount of shampoo and massage into a rich lather, focusing on the scalp.
Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water.
Repeat if necessary.
Follow with a conditioner to lock in moisture, as shampooing can leave the hair cuticle lifted and vulnerable.

After Chemical Relaxing When used after a hair relaxer service, the neutralizing function is crucial for stopping the chemical process and restoring pH balance.

Rinse the relaxer out of your hair completely with warm water before applying the shampoo.
Apply the ORS Argan Oil Neutralizing Shampoo generously and work into a lather.
Check the lather color:
The lather is typically tinted (often pink or a different color, though
the argan oil version's tint is less specified than the olive oil
version, it performs the same function) to indicate the presence of
relaxer residue.
Rinse thoroughly and repeat the shampooing process.
Continue shampooing until the lather is completely white, which confirms all relaxer chemicals have been neutralized and removed from the hair and scalp.
Leave the final application of shampoo on the hair for 2-3 minutes before the final rinse to help fully restore the hair's natural pH balance.
Apply a protein treatment or deep conditioner afterwards to replenish lost protein and moisture.
