Application

1. Prep: After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water.
2. Apply: Distribute an appropriate amount evenly from mid-lengths to ends (avoiding the scalp).
3. Wait: Leave on for 3–5 minutes to allow nutrients to penetrate.
4. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 

• Intensive Tip: For severely damaged hair, leave on for 10 minutes under a shower cap 2–3 times a week.
