HOW TO USE

Shake well before use.
Apply generously at least 30 minutes before sun exposure, on both dry and damp skin, maintaining a distance of 5 cm.
Spread evenly until fully absorbed.
Reapply every 2 hours, or after swimming, sweating, or towel drying
Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and do not spray on the face.
