How They Work:

Soften Skin: Soak in warm water for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin.
Wet the Glove: Dampen the mitt with water and apply your body wash.
Scrub Gently: Rub slowly in upward motions, noticing the dead skin roll off (pilling).
Rinse & Dry: Rinse your body and the glove thoroughly, then hang to dry in a ventilated spot.

Important Notes:

Avoid Face: Not recommended for facial use due to its intense texture.
Don't Overdo It: Rub gently; you don't need to scrub hard.

How to use:

Enjoy a warm to hot bath as much as possible for five minutes or more without using soap or shower gel.

The longer you stay under the warm water, the better your skin will be able to exfoliate.

Stay away from the water and wait a little until the water drains from the body and the body becomes only damp.

Run your fingernail over the skin. If you find it easy to remove the dead skin, then start the next step.

Wet the glove well with warm water and squeeze out excess water.

Start rubbing and move the glove up and down in long, steady motions to remove dead skin and dirt until you are finished exfoliating.

Then rinse your body. Moisturize your skin with oils and creams that are free of fragrances.
