Recommended intake: Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Consume (or take) 1 level scoop of vitamin C (approx. 120 mg) daily, diluted in water, juice, or tea. Alternatively: Consume 1 level scoop of vitamin C (approx. 120 mg) daily, diluted in a glass (300 ml) of water, tea, or juice. Please do not stir into juices already fortified with vitamin C, such as ACE or multivitamin juices.
