Olaplex No.5 Leave-In Moisturize & Mend Leave-In Conditioner

Key Benefits & Ingredients This product leverages Olaplex's patented bond-building technology to repair hair on a molecular level.

• Repairs Damage: It utilizes the patented Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate molecule to rebuild broken disulfide bonds, strengthening hair from the inside out and reducing breakage by up to 81%.
• Seals Split Ends:
A High-Adhesion Sealing Complex binds to the cuticle, filling gaps and immediately sealing up to 88% of split ends after just one use.
• Provides Hydration: A Hydramino Replenishing Blend including squalane, panthenol (Provitamin B5), and glycerin delivers intense moisture, resulting in up to 12 times more hydration.
• Protects Hair:
It offers heat protection up to 450°F (232°C), shielding hair during styling, and is safe for color-treated and chemically processed hair.
• Other Benefits:
The formula detangles hair, smooths frizz, enhances shine, and is vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without sulfates, parabens, and phthalates.

User Reviews & Experiences Reviewers generally praise the Olaplex No. 5 Leave-In Moisturize & Mend Leave-In Conditioner
for making hair softer, shinier, more manageable, and helping to
control frizz. Many users with damaged, wavy, or fine hair found it effective without weighing their hair down.

• Positive Feedback:
Users reported significant improvements in hair texture, with some calling it a "game-changer" for damaged or bleached hair. The lightweight, non-greasy texture and subtle scent are often highlighted as pros. A little product goes a long way, making the investment potentially worthwhile.
• Considerations:
Some reviewers with very thick, coarse hair found the consistency too thin to provide enough moisture on its own or felt it could feel heavy if too much was applied. One user also reported an acne outbreak on their neck when using the product, suggesting it may require careful application to avoid the scalp or skin

How to Use:To use the Olaplex No. 5 Leave-In Moisturize & Mend Leave-In Conditioner, apply 1-2 pumps to clean, damp hair, comb through to distribute the product evenly, and then style your hair as desired. Do not rinse it out.Application Steps

• Prep your hair:
After shampooing and conditioning your hair (such as with the Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo and No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner), towel-dry it until it is damp.
• Dispense the product: Start with one pump for fine hair or two pumps for medium to coarse hair. You can add more if needed, but a little goes a long way.
• Distribute evenly: Work the product through your hair from the mid-lengths to the ends, avoiding the scalp area. For best results, use a comb to ensure even coverage throughout all strands.
• Do not rinse: As a leave-in treatment, this product is designed to stay in your hair to continuously provide moisture and repair benefits.
• Style as usual:
Proceed with your normal styling routine, including blow-drying or heat styling, as the conditioner provides heat protection up to 450°F (232°C).
