Shampoo: Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.

Conditioner: Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.

To achieve the ultimate glass-skin glow, follow these simple steps:

1. Prep: After cleansing, apply your favorite toner to balance the skin's pH.
2. Apply: Dispense a proper amount of the serum onto your fingertips.
3. Absorb: Smooth evenly across the face and neck, then gently tap with your palms to aid maximum absorption.
4. Seal: Follow with your moisturizer and SPF during the day to protect your newfound radiance.
