Cleanse: First, wash your skin thoroughly with a gentle cleanser to remove dirt and surface oil.
Apply Stridex Pad: Use one pad to cover the entire affected area with a thin layer. Do not rinse the product off your skin.
Frequency: Start with one application daily. Because excessive dryness may occur, gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.
Moisturize & Protect: After the product has dried (around 25 minutes), follow up with a non-comedogenic moisturizer. Use sunscreen during the day, as salicylic acid can increase sun sensitivity.
Wash Hands: Remember to wash your hands after use.

Integration with Other Products

Other Acne Treatments: Stridex pads are medicated and contain the highest level of non-prescription salicylic acid (2%). Using other topical acne medications (like benzoyl peroxide or retinoids) at the same time may increase skin irritation or dryness. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time unless advised by a doctor.
Body Acne: The pads are also effective for acne-prone areas on the body, such as the chest and back.
Eye Area: Do not use the pads around your eyes, lips, or other mucous membranes.
